St Mary's Clangers
St Mary's Clangers meet each Wednesday at 4.00pm to practice the ancient art of Handbell Ringing. They are members of the Handbell Ringers of Great Britain. The skill attracts both young and old(er)! New members are always welcome as all players learn together and there are plenty of Bells to go around! The current bells were a gift in memory of Janice Doe, the founder of the group, who died in 2003. The Clangers are often asked to perform in worship and as entertainment at local groups. To here a sample of their playing click here.
